REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE ASUCI SENATE 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the President of the Senate no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The President of the Senate reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Senate session if the President of the Senate feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: IVP 2017 Staff Appointment

Whereas, The Office of the Internal Vice President has completed the hiring process of the staff for the 2017-2018 academic year; and

 

Whereas, It is necessary for the appointments of an Executive Officer to be approved by the Senate (Constitution Article 6, Section 2, Subsection k.); and

Whereas, Members of the staff need to be confirmed for payroll and have already been performing their duties; and

 

Let it be Resolved, that the following students be confirmed for their respective positions as members of the staff of the ASUCI Office of the Internal Vice President and afforded all privileges associated with such appointments:


Sanjanaa Ellur - Chief of Staff

Holly Woods - Chief of Staff

Ernest James Devin Otto Dimitri Rankin - Food Security Co-Commissioner

Natasha Amonkar - Food Security Co-Commissioner

Jessica Oshiro - Student Life & Advocacy Commissioner

Truong Xe - Sustainability Project Co-Commissioner

Lucia La Roche - Sustainability Project Co-Commissioner

Jharen Rivera - Anteaters in Action Commissioner

Mansi Patel - Recruitment and Retention Commissioner

Let it finally be Resolved, that the above students remain appointed and confirmed for their respective positions as members of the staff of the ASUCI Office of the Internal Vice President for the academic year 2017-2018.
