All requests may be typed and submitted to the President of the Senate no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The President of the Senate reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Senate session if the President of the Senate feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Synopsis: Elimination of Current National Co-Commissioner | |

Whereas, the Office of the External Vice President has the National Organizing Commission; and
Whereas, Senate has approved Gabrielle Vendryes and Joshua Erazo as Co-Commissioners of the National Organizing Branch; and
Whereas, Gabrielle Vendryes is unable to commit to the job description of National Organizing Co-Commissioner; and
Whereas, members of the staff need to be able and willing to perform their duties;
Whereas, it is necessary for the appointments of an Executive Officer to be approved by the Senate (Constitution Article 6, Section 2, Subsection k.); and
Therefore, let it be resolved, that the National Organizing Commission only has one Commissioner, Joshua Erazo, to serve for the remainder of the 2017-2018 academic year.
