All requests may be typed and submitted to the President of the Senate no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The President of the Senate reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Senate session if the President of the Senate feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas, the current Office of the President External Chief of Staff has stepped down and,
Whereas, Article 6, Section 2(k) of the ASUCI Constitution requires the ASUCI Senate to confirm any appointments made by Exective Officers to paid positions and,
Where, the ASUCI President has selected a replacement to this position and,
Let it be resolved that the ASUCI Senate confirms Rivka Jones as the new External Chief of Staff for the ASUCI Office of the President, to serve for the reaminder of the 2017-2018 school year.
