All requests may be typed and submitted to the President of the Senate no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The President of the Senate reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Senate session if the President of the Senate feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Synopsis: The Green Initiative Fund (TGIF) By-Laws Amendments | |

Whereas, The Green Initiative Fund (TGIF) is a student-led fee referendum of $3.50 per student per quarter that provides students with financial resources to promote and develop sustainable projects on campus; and,
Whereas, it is the duty of ASUCI and TGIF to continuously update the By-Laws that reflect in the best interests of the student body; and,
Whereas, the newly revised TGIF By-Laws fixes various outdated provisions; and,
Whereas, the newly revised TGIF By-Laws amendments are shown in the PDF link below; and,
Whereas, the newly revised TGIF By-Laws have been approved by at least four-fifths (4/5) vote of the current 2017-2018 TGIF Grant-Making Committee; and,
Whereas, the newly revised TGIF By-Laws must be approved by at least two-thirds (2/3) vote of the ASUCI Senate; and,
Therefore, let it be resolved that the ASUCI Senate approves the newly revised TGIF By-Laws.
