All requests may be typed and submitted to the President of the Senate no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The President of the Senate reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Senate session if the President of the Senate feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

Whereas the ASUCI Elections Commissioner and the Deputy Elections Commissioners oversee a fair, equitable, and efficient process for Student Government elections throughout the year,
Whereas is it is the constitutional duty of the Joint Committee on Governance and Internal Policy to nominate the Elections Commissioner and the Deputy Elections Commissioners to the ASUCI Senate,
Whereas the Joint Committee on Governance and Internal Policy submitted their consent to current Elections Commissioner, Georgina Danial,
Whereas the Joint Committee on Governance and Internal Policy has nominated Alan Dang as the 2018-2019 ASUCI Elections Commissioner,
Let it be resolved, the ASUCI Senate confirms the appointment of Alan Dang as the 2018-2019 ASUCI Elections Commissioner.
