All requests may be typed and submitted to the President of the Senate no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The President of the Senate reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Senate session if the President of the Senate feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Whereas, the By-laws are in constant need of attention and correction to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date and,

 

Whereas, some changes have been noted and are due for such correction and,

 

Let it be resolved that Article XII. Finance Committee, Section A., Subsection 1. g. be changed to Article XII. Finance Committee, Section A., Subsection 2. and,

 

Let it be resolved that a period be added to the end of Article XIII. Public Information Committee, Section A., Subsection 2. and,

 

Let it be resolved that a period be added to the end of Article XIII. Public Information Committee, Section A., Subsection 1. a. And Subsection 1. c. and,

 

Let it be resolved that the word “ad- hoc” be changed to “ad-hoc” in Article XIV. Advocacy Committee, Section A., Subsection 2. and,

 

Let it be resolved that a period be added to the end of Article XIV. Advocacy Committee/Committee-on-Committees, Section A., Subsections 2. a., c., and d., and Subsections 3. a. and b. and,

 

Let it be resolved that a colon be added to the end of Article XIV. Advocacy Committee/Committee-on-Committees, Section A., Subsections 3. and,

 

Let it be resolved that Article XIV. Advocacy Committee/Committee-on-Committees, Section A., Subsection 2. be changed to an item a. and Subsection 3. be changed to an item b. and be relisted accordingly and,

 

Let it be resolved that Article XIV. Advocacy Committee/Committee-on-Committees, Section A., Subsection 4. be renumbered to become Subsection 2. and be relisted accordingly and,

 

Let it finally be resolved that all current items that are labelled a., b., c., or d. in Article XIV. Advocacy Committee/Committee-on-Committees be relabelled as new item numbers in the form of: i., ii., iii., or iv. and be relisted accordingly.
