REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE ASUCI SENATE 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the President of the Senate no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The President of the Senate reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Senate session if the President of the Senate feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: By-laws Amendment: Pharmaceutical Sciences Senator Meeting with the Pharmaceutical Sciences Student Affairs Committee

Whereas, the By-laws are constantly evolving to ensure they are accurate and current,

Whereas, the Pharmaceutical Sciences Senator has the same responsibilities and obligations as other Senators,

Whereas, the Pharmaceutical Sciences Senator currently does not have an appointed  Dean to meet with,

Therefore, let it be resolved that a new sentence “Pharmaceutical Sciences Senator shall meet with the Pharmaceutical Sciences Student Affairs Committee at least once a quarter” be added with “At-Large Senators shall meet with the Dean of Undergraduate Studies.” in Article III., Section A., Subsection 2., b), (3) of the ASUCI By-Laws.
