All requests may be typed and submitted to the President of the Senate no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The President of the Senate reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Senate session if the President of the Senate feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

Whereas, the By-laws are in constant need of attention and correction to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date and,
Whereas, some changes have been noted and are due for such correction and,
Let it be resolved that the ASUCI By-laws be amended to include the following clause, inserted as Article XIV, Section A, subsection 3 stating that “individuals part of the ad-hoc committees can dissolve the committee at any point in the quarter if they deem necessary with the approval of every member in the ad-hoc committee and the Advocacy Committee Chair. Senators who were part of the ad-hoc committee which was dissolved may join another ad-hoc committee.” |
