            He will be an asset to the conference as he has been in the past at other conferences

            Why this conference?

            A great deal done off campus effects us on campus as students.

            Student Advocacy is of great importance to our campus and any campus

            Shane's role deals with parking dining and housing

A.      Rules: Henry Resigned, Rob sent an email to Aaron Echols and we will open the Social Ecology and Engineering and 1 At-Large Representative

C.      Public Info: Moved town hall to next Thursday, Next quarter will be 2 separate town halls.

            Cardigans: Go in and pay for cardigans to Jasper.

VI. Special Committee Reports

A.      Parking and Transportation: The company for borrowing cars had a falling out

B.      Housing and Dining: Nothing. SUBWAY OPENING soon

C.      Retention Committee: Nothing

D.      Marketing Committee: Nothing, any ideas?

E.       Student-Faculty Relations Committee: Nothing

F.       Sustainability: Submitted the TGIF application for Clean Air Clair

 

VII. Office Reports

A.      Office of the President: N/A

B.      Office of the Executive Vice president: 60 students going to Sacramento. Lobbying on Monday. Getting the Postcards. Want to get 500 more to Sacramento. Candidacy opens this week.

C.      Office of the Administrative Affairs vice president: Farmer's Market turned out a profit again! Vendor Fair is sold out again and getting even fatter. Where does the profit from Vendor Fair go? It gets distributed to next year.

D.      Office of the Academic Affairs vice president: UTeach, anyone who wants to teach their own seminar direct them to the website.

E.       Office of the Student Services vice president: Tomorrow is Presidents Round Table 5pm-630pm; Movie at 7pm Thurgood in HIB100 in Celebration of Black History Month; next week on March 3rd HIB 100 7pm the movie is Tangled; March 4th first Friday of the month Spirit Days > booth set-up giving away pins and pens to anyone wearing spirit gear; Athletic rally VS Stanford there will be bacon wrapped hot dogs, hot cocoa, smoores, AND MORE @ 5:30 at the BREN. Wayzgoose in the Spring. Week 9 March 2nd Strickland's Fundraiser funds going towards Wayzgoose.

 

VIII. Announcements

PASSIONFest is this Friday: all the money earned will to go to Relay for Life. Youtube Stars will be there.

            Clair Trevor: BEALL center: if you like inflatables or robots go check it out.

            This week is National Engineering Week

            Tomorrow is the 2nd annual culture shock, multicultural organizations do STOMPING

            Vagina Monologues are this week
