IV. Standing Committee Reports

            Concerning Item #116 B46-27

A.      Rules: Concerns. Having enough money for the rest of the year. Lots of other council members are having events and if this money is gone then where would they get it?

B.      Finance: 0-5-0 failed off and on campus. better planning is needed. just make it a concert. Don't try to make it a philanthropy and a student life event. SPFB would be more likely to fund it.

C.      Public Info: Bring it on campus. Needs to be developed more. Details. Invoices. Percentages.

D.      Committee on Committees: Did not pass in committee. Give the money to SPFB. That way they can work on it.

V. Special Committee Reports

A.      Parking and Transportation: Not Present

B.      Housing and Dining: Nothing new

C.      Retention Committee: Meetings every Tuesday at 8pm. Internships.

D.      Marketing Committee:  Nothing new to report

E.       Student-Faculty Relations Committee: Nothing to Report

F.       Sustainability: Waiting for the plastic drums so the paint has a place to go.

VII. Announcements

Rob will be asking for money for a dean luncheon next Tuesday

            Nigerian student culture night tomorrow night!

            Play house creatures april 28th through the 30.

            Putnam County Spelling Bee. 1 Act. Musical.

            Sejal will be reminding people about the leg council retreat.

            Songfest. May 20th. Tickets are on sale.

            Rotaract is having a professional entrepreneurs will be coming out to an event.

            Joy is having her oboe concert on Saturday.

            CAFE is May 7th
