            1. i. Brief of UCSA

              1. 1. To send people with the referendum—3 or 4 for a whole week and a field organizer on a regular basis to provide backwards planning and strategy planning
              2. 2. Success rate—UCR--got the majority of votes and passed the threshold, UCSC didn’t pass. 
              3. 3. More money for staffing, for more students in conferences and lobby visits and for resources
              4. 4. Irvine—impressed with the UCI’s leadership and their involvement in UCSA.  UCI already pays a $1.30 which is the minimum contribution to UCSA
              5. 5. In Santa Cruz, referendum funding for just UCSA
              6. 6. In UCR, referendum funding went to EVP and UCSA, $2 a quarter
              7. 7. How many campuses—18 associations (Grad and Undergrad) 
              8. 8. Is UCSA planning to do other referendums to other UC campuses? Berkeley is thinking about doing one too.
              9. 9. Supportive of the decision to run referendum another year if not this year.

              5. 5. Dillon-- it makes more sense to just give it to EVP. It’s about creating opportunities and gives unfair money allocation to more of EVP
