The more willing and engaging, the more we can utilize those relationships to get things done. Send a memo to admin that we want them in our meetings in order to be more constructive. </li> <li class="li1">3.<span class="Apple-tab-span"> </span>Ben—Talking to my school, our school knows the position but not taken too seriously. They don’t see the importance. Talk to counselors and inform the freshmen who are looking for involvement opportunities.</li> </ol> </li> <li class="li1">iii.<span class="Apple-tab-span"> </span>Nicole—groundwork for making a survey at the beginning and end of the year and what we want on that survey and what we are surveying.  <ol class="ol4"> <li class="li1">1.<span class="Apple-tab-span"> </span>Carissa—raffle off Disneyland pass. Make three questions, one being of major, satisfaction with ASUCI, what do you want out of ASUCI. </li> <li class="li1">2.<span class="Apple-tab-span"> </span>Nicole—Short and sweet survey and include “do you know your representative” Gives satisfaction and visibility question.</li> <li class="li1">3.<span class="Apple-tab-span"> </span>Reza-- Explain what ASUCI and leg council does. Tasks we came up with invite 3 potential leaders 6 weeks before council. Goal is a 100 campus organizations and talk to them about ourselves and invite them to leg council meetings. </li> <li class="li1">2.<span class="Apple-tab-span"> </span>Jessica—Videos to go viral and reach out to students. Have it as a infomercial available on the AS website. </li> <li class="li1">3.<span class="Apple-tab-span"> </span>Neil—during SPOPs , publicize to incoming freshmen.</li> <li class="li1">4.<span class="Apple-tab-span"> </span>Reza—I really like JDo and Neil and intergrating with SPOP. With these new initiatives, SPOP is one of the greatest avenues to promote anything. Good outreach tool. </li> <li class="li1">5.<span class="Apple-tab-span"> </span>JDo—entire resource fair introduce tofreshmen. Talk to SPOP cords to get a booth. </li> <li class="li1">6.<span class="Apple-tab-span"> </span>Dillon—talk to Francisco in making videos. </li> <li class="li1">7.<span class="Apple-tab-span"> </span>Crystal--Tabling on different days of the week. </li> <li class="li1">8.<span class="Apple-tab-span"> </span>Jessica-- Create a google doc and are held accountable to that. Sign in sheet of who actually is fulfilling hours.</li> </ol> </li> <li class="li1">v.<span class="Apple-tab-span"> </span>Reza—Body on campus should know what we do and who we are. Enforcement of by-laws but not discipline.  <ol class="ol4"> <li class="li1">1.<span class="Apple-tab-span"> </span>Dillon—withhold stipends and hold a meeting to enforce it but not necessarily disciplinary.</li> </ol> </li> <li class="li1">vi.<span class="Apple-tab-span"> </span>Jessica—Transition binders and documents. In favor of the referendum, we should be boothing. We are part of ASUCI so we should do our part.  <ol class="ol4"> <li class="li1">1.<span class="Apple-tab-span"> </span>Committees have them and now we’re working on schools. </li> </ol> </li> <li class="li1">vii.<span class="Apple-tab-span"> </span>Skyla-- publicize to freshmen and inform them of these involvements within UCI. Educating the constituents so they know what we’re here for. School email, KUCI to publicize. </li> <li class="li1">viii.<span class="Apple-tab-span"> </span>Office hours—sign in and sign out sheet</li> <li class="li1">ix.<span class="Apple-tab-span"> </span>Reza—meeting with Deans with a new system that enforces these meetings and making this</li> <li class="li1">x.<span class="Apple-tab-span"> </span>Pub Hours for ASUCI’s Referendum… lookout for an email. Advocate for referendum at clubs and in your classes. </li> <li class="li1">xi.<span class="Apple-tab-span"> </span>Patrick—Council has handled many explosive issues, but we’re not at the level we want to be. Although we are here, we are not taken seriously by outside groups.  Dan Dooris congratulated us, but we don’t really have much legitimacy outside.
