        1. 99 cents per quarter—New U Newspaper Fund
        2. Ashleigh Richardson—where is the 99 cents coming from and how does this support their budget?
          1. Jun Im—past proposed referendums prices were too high;
          2. Jessica Pratt—a budget can be prepared
        3. Daisy Herrera-Duran—how long will this referendum last?
          1. Jessica Pratt—helps with provision costs; indefinitely for the coming year
          2. Ballot specifies how long the referendum will last
        4. Ashleigh Referendum—where does the money usually come from?
          1. Jessica Pratt—strictly from advertising
        5. Neil Bautista—how important is it that the referendum begins now?
          1. Jun Im—the print edition will only be available for another year before there will be no funds to continue
        6. Reza Zommorodian—is there any money going from ASUCI to the New U? What specifically has been cut within the operations? What does $18,000 do for the New U?
          1. Jessica Pratt—no, the New U is completely independent; cuts on pages, color costs, stipends for staff have been cut by 50%, reduced the advertising commission
          2. Jun Im—cuts have been made over the years; cuts from 5 full-time members to 1 full-time members
          3. Jun Im—printing costs are roughly $12,000 per quarter
        7. Tarun Patel—is the 33% allowed to be suspended? What is the total budget at the moment?
