      • Louie: what will money be used for?

      • Lima: wanted to get pizza and other materials for the open house, $70 total, food will be about 50, drinks will be 2 2-liter bottles approx $10, $10 for cups, plates and napkins and water

      • Louie: one requirement for bills is that there be a budget breakdown for expenditures, if you could break it down in terms of food and drinks, snacks, etc.,

      • Lima: would I add that now

        • stating after Let it Be Resolved statement that ASUCI L.C. allocates $70 total: $50 on pizza, $10 for soda, $10 on utensils and water

    • Khan: elections packets going live this weekend, please apply. continuing with carry that weight series, three events next week. ussa delegation meeting - been really exciting, finalizing tickets on the 24th, lucky to get a good price from airline group rate. exec budget reports next week. students went to USSA board meeting in phoenix - carry that weight campaign nationally, also looking at state of emergency (USSA campaign to increase diversity on campuses). this week john, me and sonali, and matt will be going to council on student fees meeting (systemwide committee/council that has representatives from all UC SFACs), will be discussing student services fee and tuition. napolitano decided to postpone tuition increase to fall of next year - what that means is that we will find out more later. too early to call it a success, summer session is by unit anyways so it would not have majorly affected that. admin affairs is having RUNUCI in collaboration with artlab and academic affairs. event series with anteater in action but all events are fully booked. vendor fair was last week, went well. executive committee reviewing constitution and myuci fee referendum - shelton and parshan have been working hard to ensure this fee is ready for UCI students you will hear more about this on tuesday. student regent application due this sunday. truth and transparency doing video series on publicizing what asuci is all about. white out game tonight by student services, they will be giving out shirts and free prizes.

    • Tsai/Guevara: social ecology week this week, event went really well, lots of students came to our event today. diversity video coming out soon. jenna marbles event coming up!
