    • Dan Dooros (Associate Vice-Chancellor for Student Affairs): Let us know if we can help with referendums that will be voted on soon.
  • Executive Officer Reports
    • President: Tomorrow we will be having a mental health panel. On Thursday night we will hold a vigil for the victims of the recent terror attacks. This is an elections week so make sure to tell everyone to vote and publicize.
    • Admin Affairs: We held a very successful beach cleanup. We are doing strategic planning for next quarter.
  • Special Committee Reports
    • International Committee: No new updates.
    • Parking Committee: No new updates.
    • First Generation and Non-Traditional Student Committee: We are now recruiting members and meetings will be Tuesdays from 7 to 8. We are going to meet our faculty advisor soon.
    • Students with Disabilities Committee: We have found our faculty advisor. We meet on Mondays from 7 to 8. We are a bit behind on research but will be caught up soon.
    • Undocumented Student Committee: Still on hold
    • Transfer Student Committee: No new updates

      • Hong: I think that this would be a very effective, albeit secure way to keep the office safe and prevent future theft.
      • Carlson: I think that this is a very expensive way to do a simple job.
      • Khosravi: Our professional staff has assured us that this is the most cost effective lock system that we can get, and the wages that we would have to pay to a security guard would add up to this cost eventually.
      • Phan: The sole purpose of legislative council reserves is long-term investments in ASUCI that will improve our infrastructure.
      • Hong: This seems like the most effective way to solve the security problem.
