·         Executive Officer Reports

o    President: As some of you have seen there is a petition by the black student union, the Advocate General has been in contact on the issue, ask us in you have any questions. All the referendums have been sent to the UCOP for approval. The second campus debate is tonight concerning sensitivity at 6pm in Crystal Cove. My president’s corner series which was a TV show and a radio show last quarter will be solely radio now.

o    Student Services: Homecoming was last week. This week Soulstice tickets are on sale for full price, there is a Valentine’s Day sale. Rally against USC called Destroy Troy. We are in talks with student life and leadership about Wayzgoose.

o    Admin affairs: The highest percentage of participants from office will receive free pizza at meeting. We have an open house next Wednesday 7pm. AllASUCI meeting Wednesday nights Week 7 and 8. Night market in 3 weeks on the Student Center terrace. We are making the first ever commissioner manual. AGS agreed to join the food security referendum.

o    EVP: The application for national student power summit is available. The Black Student Union has asked if Council would like them to come in to explain their petition and answer questions.
