·         Attendance

o    Councilmember Vergara arrives late at 5:09, Councilmember Ono arrives late at 5:46

o    Vice-president Fung leaves early at 5:54

·         Approval of Minutes

o    Motion: Khosravi/ Second: Carlson

·         Approval of Agenda

o    Phan: I move to amend the agenda putting Item 5a after Item 6c Second: Heyward

·         Executive Officer Reports

o    President: Student Center mismanagement of funds meeting discussed where the multimillion dollar discrepancy in funding. The main reasons were lack of CPI increases in fees, there were no inclusion of operational costs. We have had two building referendums that were on the agenda for this year. They were both voted down by AGS. What this means is that students will not be providing funds for the Health and Wellness Building, or relief for the Student Center. However courtyard study lounge will no longer be taken and the previously annexed rooms have been released. Instead the Balboa Islands rooms will be annexed. There will soon be discussions about middle earth expansions.

o    Admin Affairs: Night Market is right now and lasts until 8pm. Parking Survey is live and has gotten a few thousand responses. AllASUCI Sky High social is next week.

o    EVP: We went over budget last week. The Student Lobby Conference applications close March 28.

·         Special Committee Reports

o    International Committee: No report.

o    Parking Committee: No report.

o    First Generation and Non-Traditional Student Committee: No report.

o    Transfer Student Committee: No report.

o    MyUCI Committee: Legislation will be in council next week, please show up next week it’s very important.

o    Constitutional Revision Committee: We have finished the Constitution and will be talking about it over the next few weeks. Seeing as this committee has completed its stated goal it is dissolved.
