·         Public Comment

o    Tin Hong (Council Speaker Pro-Tempore): Following the reconsideration of Spring elections it has been announced that Councilmember Novshadyan has now been removed from Legislative Council.

·         Executive Officer Reports

o    President: On Wednesday our bookstore union protested following the announcement that the Hill was being outsourced. We have the recordings of each of the groups that we interviewed regarding taking over the bookstore and those are accessible through our legal department. In the recordings you will hear all our questions concerning things like pricing and job security and we have submitted our advice to the Office of the Chancellor. They will begin moving in soon and will be totally done by the end of Summer Quarter. Additionally, we are looking over the policy our campus has in regards to sexual assault and mandatory reporting, it is a very nuanced discussion and will see how that progresses.

    • STI Testing by Student Health and Wellness 5:16
      • We are now offering free anonymous HIV testing at the Student Health and Wellness Center. Once we are fully ready to implement this we will begin to get this message out to the student body via Zotmail and advertising.
