·         Called to Order by Jermakian at 5:07

o    Councilmember Chavez arrives at 5:13, Councilmember Fan arrives late at 5:16

·         Public Comment

o    Ester (Organizing ASUCI Banquet): I just want to let you all know that I will need the name of a councilmember by the end of next week, thank you.

·         Executive Officer Reports

o    President: I received a number of messages from students about an even that College Republicans who have posted a poster with offensive language and we have been dealing with that. I have been working with the newly elected president to help her transition in to the office smoothly. Additionally, I have been considering the issue of resuming sale of Sea World tickets so I would like to discuss this. Finally, we are building up on the cumulative effort of voter registration for the 2016 election.

o    EVP: We are bringing the spoken word group Dark Matter to perform on Saturday in Crystal Cove and will be doing a workshop as well. Following up on SLC on of the bills just lobbied just passed so that was great to hear.

o    International Committee: No report.

o    Parking Committee: No report.

o    First Generation and Non-Traditional Student Committee: No report.

o    Transfer Student Committee: No report.

o    Elections Code Reform Committee: We will be having our first meeting next week.

    • The interns are working on legislations with councilmembers.

      • We discussed making a committee to finalize an ASUCI scholarship so that we can get it done before the end of the year.
