·         Public Comment

o    Hong (Council Speaker Pro Tempore): I will be sending out an email week 8 to the execs to have their budgets ready. Additionally we will be electing the Speaker of the Senate for next quarter.

·         Executive Officer Reports

o    President: Next Thursday meeting will be shortened from 5-7pm to 5-6pm. This is to hold the election of the new Student Advocate General. This will be a transitional year for the Student Advocate General as we switch constitutions. Next years Student Advocate General will be appointed because we do not have elections in to Spring Quarter due to the new constitution. This nomination will be the responsibility of the current executive cabinet. We are on a very strict rushed timeline so please show up and pay attention. Finally, with our new constitution a lot of changes are happening so it is very important that you all read it.

·         Special Committee Reports 5:21

o    International Committee: No report.

o    Parking Committee: No report.

o    First Generation and Non-Traditional Student Committee: No report.

o    Transfer Student Committee: No report.

o    Elections Code Reform Committee: We will be meeting tonight.

o    Bylaw Reform Committee: We need to schedule a meeting still.
